Full Circuit = Get ready for an electrifying workout experience! Faria Fit Gym, we challenge you with intense workouts that have no time limits. You're in for a thrilling 1-2 hour session where you’ll push your limits and achieve your goals!
Team Circuit = Join forces with your fitness family! Our team circuit sessions all about working together to conquer an intense workout as one powerful unit. Usually lasting about an hour, this is where camaraderie meets motivation!
HOW IT WORKS

STEP #1: SIGN UP AND RECEIVE AN EMAIL TO DOWNLOAD THE FARIA TRAINING APP. HERE, YOU'LL FIND DAILY WORKOUTS AND RUNS TO COMPLETE ON YOUR OWN SCHEDULE.
STEP #2: CHECK THE SCHEDULE AND BOOK ALL CLASSES YOU WISH TO ATTEND IN THE FARIA FITNESS APP.
STEP #3: YOU'LL BE ADDED TO THE TEAM GROUP CHAT (THROUGH THE APP), WHERE YOU'LL RECEIVE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT SESSIONS AND OTHER TEAM EVENTS.
