ALL PACKAGES FOLLOW FARIA FIT SCHEDULE
definitions
​
full circuit = intense workouts not limited to time. the workout is given to you at the Faria fit gym, you get it all done. usually 1-2 hours long
​
team circuit = the team meets up at a specific time and completes an intense workout together as a unit. usually 1 hour duration
HOW IT WORKS​
STEP #1: SIGN UP AND RECIEVE AN EMAIL TO DOWNLOAD THE FARIA FITNESS TRAINING APP.
THERE THEY ARE PROVIDED DAILY WORKOUTS / RUNS / CIRCUITS THAT ARE
TO BE DONE ON OWN THEIR OWN TIME
STEP #2: VIEW SCHEDULE AND BOOK ALL ATTENDING CLASSES IN FARIA FITNESS TRAINING APP
STEP #3: STUDENT IS ADDED TO TEAM GROUP CHAT (VIA TRAINING APP) WHERE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT PREP PRACTICES AND OTHER TEAM EVENTS ARE PROVIDED
