Do you desire to work in a career in Law Enforcement? Then this is the ULTIMATE fitness program for you!!!

13 Weeks of intense fitness training, tailored to PASSING the Police Applicant Physical Readiness Evaluation for Police (PREP) circuit, the Shuttle Run, and to get you to the best physical conditioning of your life so you are PREPARED to begin your career in Law Enforcement!

In this program, you will be a part of a group of like-minded, supportive athletes who will continue to motivate and push you towards your goals. You will receive daily workouts Monday to Friday via the FARIA FITNESS TRAINING APP. On weekends, you will attend for in-person specialty training including circuit training, PREP and Shuttle Practices, PREP Test Equipment Seminars, an introduction to Defensive Tactics, the Police application, interview preparations (hosted by Ontario Police Preparation), and much more! These sessions will range from 1-2 hours and will be hosted at the FARIA FITNESS Training Center or off site in the Mississauga area.
